Originally hailing from South Florida, Kay began working with the ARC team in July of 2020. As the first person you speak with at ARC, her main goal is to make sure you feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. A wearer of many hats, you may find her handling office tasks at her desk, assisting with clients around the gym, or, most importantly, at the stereo choosing the music for the day.

Gabe has been involved with ARC and the MÁS since the very beginning. Originally from Kansas, he made the move out to Los Angeles in early 2022, with the main purpose of assisting his dad, Jeff, and helping the ARC team succeed. Gabe’s passion in life is to find solutions for those in need - a devotion which shines through in his daily life. When he is not working, you can find Gabe showing off his culinary skills in the kitchen, or playing with his dog, Petal.
