He earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University Northridge (CSUN), where he cultivated a deep passion for helping individuals overcome physical and mental challenges. As a dedicated fitness professional, Ward specializes in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their recovery goals and improve their quality of life. His empathetic approach, combined with his strong foundation in exercise science, enables him to develop personalized strategies that foster progress and resilience.
